碾米廠推米冰淇淋

土庫鎮一家70年碾米廠，因應國人食米習慣改變，三年前轉型「樂米工坊」做米烘培，近來更研發以米為主原料，加入南瓜、芋頭等農產的米冰淇淋，更為推廣米文化興建導覽室。

今導覽室亮相，大方招待民眾免費品嘗冰淇淋，虎尾鎮的蔡媽媽原不讓女兒吃太多市售冰淇淋，經網路介紹，認為樂米工坊用料天然，專程帶兒女來嘗鮮，6歲的蔡沛庭把握機會，大口大口吃光一盒冰淇淋，露出滿足的笑容。
