20點 筆記型電腦無線網路介面卡問題

筆記型電腦 compaq cq42-225ax , relink網路介面卡尺寸約 3cmx2.5cm. 802.11 b/g/n
我今天早上時,電腦無法用無線連線,我的鍵盤上的無線網路燈號是橘色,我按了無線網路按鈕,完全沒有反應. 我也有是下載介面卡軟體,也沒有用. 而且裝置管理員中的網路介面卡,裡面只有一個有線介面卡,完全沒有其他介面卡.請問我該如何知道是硬體問體還是軟體問題/ 請問是否是硬體的問題? 請問如何選購新的介面卡,無線網路介面卡有分幾種規格? 謝謝 台南市誰可以幫我修電腦
