立院擬修軍刑法 國防部3度強調全力配合

針對陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘猝死案後軍中改革，立法院朝野擬透過修法，將陸海空軍刑法中違反長官職責罪章，轉移給司法機關審理。軍方原本態度保留，但國防部副部長楊念祖上午接受電台專訪時，三度強調將全力配合。他說，檢討過程要聽四面八方的意見，遵守法律程序，立法院主動協助國防部來修訂，國防部會全力配合這項討論與修法過程。

楊念祖也說，洪案事件發生後，國防部發現禁閉室不管硬體設施或管理、管教，都很多瑕疵，沒有與時俱進；而國軍1985申訴管道，大家都覺得不可靠，國防部已做通盤檢討，趁此機會大破大立、痛定思痛進行改革。
