標題[請益] CPU好壞判斷?

想請問各位大大在配電腦的時候 預算、用途考量下 CPU好壞是怎判斷的呢?? 作功課的時候網路上很多資訊都會寫 某系列 VS 某系列 的比較 EX:
http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Xeon-E3-1230-vs-Intel-Core-i7-3770K 向這個準確嗎或者會拿這個當判斷嗎? 題外話: 我原價屋看價格 E3 價格 應該是跟 I5-3570K 價格相當應該這樣比基準才一樣吧才對吧? 怎一堆跟I7比的文章.. --
