桃園青埔「富宇東方悅」上周潛銷　2日預約8戶

【吳苡辰／台北報導】桃園縣青埔特區成為近期房市熱區，引發政府關注、實施房市管控，但仍有不少建商看好此區發展，持續推案，台中知名建商富宇建設也看好桃園青埔發展，推出進駐桃園首案「富宇東方悅」，每坪開價39~46萬元，上周六7月20日開始潛銷，假日兩天便預約8戶。

太豐廣告總經理鄭文郎坦承，因捷運機場線延後通車，加上政府打房，使青埔特區投資客少了許多，部分建案的紅單簽約率大為降低，不過青埔特區仍有許多利多，未來仍看好。
