洪案　法務部國防部重申「分工合作偵辦」

【胡守得／台北報導】外界一再要求洪仲丘命案引「第三方」介入，法務部、國防部今天上午再次召開聯合記者會強調，「軍、司法機關全力分工合作偵辦，能達到第三方調查的目的」。
 
記者會由法務部政務次長陳明堂，國防部常務次長廖榮鑫、法律事務司長周志仁一起列席，陳明堂表示，軍法、司法機關就刑事偵查面，必須遵循憲法、制度與法律規定，「審判權」應優先遵守，否則會造成「人治」而非「法治」；目前軍司法機關就各自調查所得，協調後相互交換、研究，即能達到第三方調查目的。
 
陳明堂強調，特偵組不得破壞軍、司法審判制度，接手洪案。
