台北市百萬元建案有45個　中正區最多

【吳苡辰／台北報導】根據《住展》雜誌統計，台北市每坪開價超過100萬元的建案有45個，佔台北市整體銷售中個案數127個的3.5成。其中又以中正區與大安區較多，百萬元建案分別多達10個與9個，中正區「臨沂天玥」、「匯台大」與「皇翔紫鼎」等案，每坪都站上百萬元。
 
《住展》雜誌分析，台北市土地稀少，連小面積素地都難以取得，且目前都更困難，土地價高，房價連帶也愈攀愈高。
