減肥公寓以體重來決定房租，吸引想減肥的女性入住〔圖／翻攝自網路〕
實習記者洪德諭／綜合報導 日本大阪的美容業者推出「減肥公寓」，以體重換現金，只要入住後減肥成功就可以減免租金，並提供減肥器材與每月一次的減肥諮詢及SPA療程，8個月來已吸引20名女性前來挑戰。 綜合媒體報導，每名入住的房客需先量體重，將體重乘以1000日幣(300元台幣)，即為每個月的房租。入住後體重下降1公斤即可減免300元台幣的房租，反之若體重上升則必須付出更多的房租。 公寓設施方面，與一般的公寓並無太大的不同，有廚房、餐廳及交誼廳。為落實減肥，體重機擺放在公寓最顯眼的地方，此外，擁有完善的健身器具及瘦身美容器材為公寓的最大特色，幫助想減肥的愛美女性成功減肥。 除了完善的減肥設施外，業者也設下了小陷阱，提供無限量的零食及飲料給入住的房客食用，根據業者統計，房客每個月會吃掉40包左右的零食。 房客對於「減肥公寓」發表看法，體重變輕房租就變便宜，在擁有夥伴的情況下可以減輕減肥的壓力且不會孤單。目前「減肥公寓」以供不應求，業者預計加開第2棟公寓。
