〔記者田欣雲／花蓮報導〕面對同一棟優美的房子，畫家看到的景象，與倒映建築師眼底的，總有幾分出入。就像這回，跟著海洋作家廖鴻基走蘇花古道，當我正醉心在崇德海灣的一碧萬頃，貪婪地放肆快門，但作家思緒卻從清水斷崖一躍而下，引我瞬間穿透這旖旎的藍，關心美麗海面下的生態危機，也憂心著「達奇里」如果不再「達奇里」，眼前東海岸的未來，又將是什麼模樣？
