2. 兩個區塊的單一對應格比對(D2僅比對M2、D3僅比對M3、E2僅比對N2‧‧‧等，即兩個區塊中在相對同位置的儲存格)

需求:

計算D2:G47和M2:P47之間的單一對應格植差數在大於10以上的數量。(即2對應格植相減的差小於 -10或大於10)
