向大家請教一下：家父原是中華電用戶，要換手機因為NP的優惠較優，所以也決定NP(手機已訂好，但因缺貨未當場拿機) 回家查詢eprice同款手機同樣費率的價格，我買的那家竟然貴了1500元！ (本來想說算了，合約都簽了..囧) 但是突然想到在簽約過程中，因家父身分證未帶所以店家請我們隔天來補證件其他部分似乎都簽了，(如未補件的話)這樣可以因「未有第一證件」而契約不成立嗎? 也許機會渺茫，但仍感謝回覆的大大們！！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.83.62
