本案雖僅有十年屋齡，但作為辦公室使用的前身，少了住家空間該有的完整設備，齊舍設計全室修正妥適的生活動線，定義餐廳場域後增設玄關機能，當淨透日光拂過陽台綠意穿透入室，在微帶工業感的loft線條中，映照出滿屋溫馨時尚。
設計師考量入門的視野齊整度，在書房底牆安排置頂書櫃，並貼心規劃爬梯與掛桿，讓設計更具實用性。位於廊道底端的主臥房採雙開門扉設計，通往主衛浴的門片也採相同手法垂直規劃，層疊向內的空間視野，完美達到空間轉換的平衡與視覺趣味。
