未經同意加入老人會 詐財起訴

台中市張姓婦人經古男及他的外祖母佘婦同意，以佘婦名義加入「社團法人中華關懷家庭扶助協會關懷A組」，但她未經古、佘婦同意，3年前又以佘婦名義加入另外24個老人會，待佘婦去年死亡後，領取24個老人會的慰問金215萬餘元，台中地檢署今天依偽造文書、詐欺等罪將張婦起訴。
