【綜合報導】《朝日新聞》報導，日本東北大學災害科學國際研究所開設了一個網站，名為「人眼能看到的311海嘯」，重現311震災中襲擊各地的海嘯浪高。

該網站使用「Google街景」功能，操作者能夠360度看到災後街道的樣子與建築物。研究小組希望藉著這個網站，幫助提高人們的防災意識。
