【短片】罕見巨型酒糟鼻　斯文男變臉不敢照鏡

【周昭平／高雄報導】44歲王姓男子3年前鼻子開始出現玫瑰斑腫塊，當時就醫未能根治，他也不以為意，近來腫塊變大，大到垂到下巴，嚴重壓迫鼻子影響呼吸，幾乎無法進食，至高醫求診，確認並非腫瘤，轉診整形外科。

王 男的巨型酒糟鼻須開刀切除腫塊，再移植皮膚重建。醫師提醒，酒糟鼻成因不明，雖無法根治，輕微者可透過藥物或雷射治療，但未治療，組織會持續增生，該病患 就是未積極治療才迅速增生，影響後續治療。王先生說，因巨型腫瘤顏面外觀嚴重改變，已一年多沒有照鏡子，希望手術能恢復外觀。
