洪案輕罪被告 無法上訴法律審

政務委員羅瑩雪今天表示，依原軍事審判制度，軍人即使涉輕罪仍可上訴至法律審；移至普通法院審理後，為保障既有被告權益，仍將允許修法前已進入事實審的案件可上訴至法律審，但仍得由司法院內部定出處理規則、並待協商；至於洪仲丘案相關被告，因已全部移由普通司法審判，「沒有這個問題」 。
