原po甫從中部某國立科大機械系畢業，免役但是就讀產學，所以已有完整四年工作經驗(在機械產業CNC)，目前想從事人資方面工作，但無任何背景，所以目前在進修就業服務乙級課程但尚未考取。應徵的工作應從何入手比較好，會容易得到面試機會呢？我自己有思考，要應徵助理工作，先累積行政經驗。有一個做檢驗外商公司，實驗室助理面試，但是我傻傻說了，我在進修，感覺不會上了。但是人資小姐，還建議我自傳要加強人資部分，如果要做的話。是不是不要說自己的生涯規劃，要說得一副非此工作不可。最後，最近有得到很多奇怪的面試機會，只是上網查評價都不佳，就作罷。其中一家，是做醫療用品，請我去面試廠務助理，但是他說人力銀行上面，沒有招募這個職位，叫我直接去。人在外面，一時沒想到，我是要電洽問職位內容再決定，去應徵，還是不公開招募的公司就不用去了??
