綠研討會 柯建銘臨時缺席

民進黨今天召開8年執政研討會最後一場次，第一部分以「民主憲政」為題，原本預定要擔任發表人的民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘卻未出席。主辦單位表示，柯建銘另有要事，因此臨時取消行程，但會議手冊中仍印上柯建銘欲發表之報告「憲政體制與國會改革：歷史的反省與願景的思考」。
