【綜合報導】宋逸民的老婆陳維齡每天一早起床都會為全家人打健康蔬果汁，但在長輩的蔬果汁裡她會特別「加料」，今她在微博公布健康的祕密武器——「朝天椒」，她表示：「每天早上為爸爸準備的蔬果汁裡，我都會特別放1根朝天椒，有些人可能對朝天椒非常的排斥認為它很不健康，但卻不知道朝天椒其實是很有食療價值的，它裡面的辣椒素不但可以止痛還可以有效的降低膽固醇及三酸甘油脂，還可以預防中風及心臟病還有動脈硬化的問題，更可以有效的預防感冒喔！」
