妻病女幼獨扛家計　躁父摔死女兒獲緩刑

【蔣永佑／台北報導】北市一名27歲楊姓男子因不堪獨力照顧顫懷孕時罹患腦炎、生產後又患癲癇的病妻與1歲多幼女，心力交瘁，去年7月2日下午，因女兒哭鬧不休，楊男一時情緒失控，竟將女兒往地上軟墊摔去，女兒送醫急救18天後仍不治，楊妻氣得搬回娘家並提告。

士林地院認為楊男並無殺害女兒犯意且已自首，且榮總精神科鑑定報告則指出，楊男是因沈重生活壓力產生精神障礙而犯下大錯，法官因此依家暴傷害致死罪判楊男2年徒刑，緩刑4年，緩刑期間需交付保護管束，前往檢方指定醫療機構接受治療。
