小弟最近開始在台中找工作 今天接到彰化某自動設備廠人資電話 先哈拉一下工作背景與經驗 接著談到薪資問題 我問人資說如果依公司規定我目前的經驗大概續薪會是多少 人資跟我說不知道 好吧 就當他真的不知道 但是當人資問我過去薪水 我還是很NICE的跟他說整個年薪是多少 在得知年薪後 又開始很仔細的問月薪跟股票 我實在覺得這不是應該跟他報告的吧 你不給我你的底限 又想套我的底限 這樣說的過去嗎 說完這是我的隱私後 他回了 "如果您這麼保守的話 那也沒辦法" 在知道我希望過去年薪為底限的時候 又補了一句"你覺得你期望的薪資目前台中找的到嗎" 大姐不用你說我也知道很難找到 但有需要就這樣說嘛@@ 就這樣莫名的結束了這次的對話 我問一般你們都會問欲招聘的員工問題到這種地步嗎 人資回說幾乎都會 畢竟我也第一次換工作 請問這樣是正常的嗎??? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.240.233.215
