諷鄰可吃整隻豬 妨害名譽不起訴

桃園縣王姓女子與宋姓鄰居不睦，1月2日晚上以臉書張貼宋姓夫妻照片，寫「就是這對夫妻很喜歡到別人家要東西，看了就討厭」、「他可以吃一整隻豬」，挨告妨害名譽。

桃檢偵查，宋姓夫妻的確常到王家拿走冰箱的東西，至於「可以吃一整隻豬」，字面意思影射食量及體型，雖有失厚道，但只是委婉暗喻，非直接訴諸人身攻擊，是否損其名譽顯屬有疑，不起訴。
