二度彈劾黃世銘 監院擇期再開

（中央社記者葉素萍台北10日電）監察院原定今天召開檢察總長黃世銘二次彈劾審查會，因人數不足而取消。監察院說，將擇期再開。

監委吳豐山、洪德旋日前提案彈劾黃世銘，但監察院以5票對5票，未通過彈劾案。

監察院原定今天要第2度召開彈劾審查會，但多位監委因公出國或另有要公，導致人數不足，會議取消，將擇期再開。

監察院29個監委，扣除掉已參加過第一次彈劾審查會的10位監委、2位提案監委、正副院長，以及表示要迴避的監委余騰芳，只剩下14位監委可能輪派到第2次審查會；依監察法相關規定，彈劾會召開門檻，最低為9人，最多為13人。

幾位愛國同心會人士今天也赴監察院，聲援黃世銘，他們高舉大字報，寫著「向正義勇敢的黃世銘總長致敬」，並高喊「吳豐山下台」。1021210
