美國總統歐巴馬與古巴總統勞爾卡斯楚(Raul Castro)周二在前南非總統曼德拉的紀念會上，相互握手致意。

報導指出，這兩位領導人相互握手，係在歐巴馬向多位領導人致意時發生。

曼德拉係於上周四過世。

自1960年代以來，美國與古巴的關係是以經濟制裁與旅遊限制為主，在歐巴馬任期內，部份制裁與限制已見鬆綁。
