新郎沈迷麻將喝酒　女悔婚挨告不起訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】彰化市30歲林姓男子今年迎娶愛情長跑5年的新北市29歲吳姓女子，但婚後1個月吳女就搬回娘家拒辦結婚登記，連同父母都遭林男告毀婚涉詐欺。但新北地檢署認定吳女婚前4天發現林男疑有小三，婚後又不見林男真心疼惜才拒嫁，今將3人不起訴。

林男指控吳女假裝願意嫁他，騙取聘金、禮金與婚紗照費用共76萬元，今年3月23日舉辦婚宴後1個月卻拒履行同居義務與辦理結婚登記。

吳女反駁婚前4天才得知林男疑有小三，她表明不想嫁，是林男央求她「顧全大局」，才同意如期辦理婚宴，但婚後林男假日只顧打麻將喝酒，她無法繼續維持彼此關係。林男另對吳女提返還贈與物的民事訴訟，仍由法院審理中。
