立院三讀　「逼車」最重罰2萬4千元並吊照

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院上午三讀通過《道路交通管理處罰條例》修正案，新增危險駕駛定義，包括任意以迫近、驟然變換車道或其他不當方式，迫使他車讓道，或是非遇突發狀況，在行駛途中任意驟然減速、煞車或於車道中暫停，可處6千元到2萬4千元罰鍰，並吊扣該汽車牌照3個月，若再犯，還可沒入該汽車。

此外，汽車駕駛人行駛道路時使用手機或其他通訊裝置，可處3千元罰鍰，不過為避免爭議，修法增加但書，警備車、消防車及救護車之駕駛人，依法執行任務所必要或其他法令許可者，可不受限制。
