據前些時日ZF官方發佈一則消息：關於檢測地溝油的有效辦法面向全國人民徵求方案&方法... ------>由此可得出到目前為止，沒有任何辦法可以真正辨別！

至於什麼看,聞等等通過看是否渾濁，顏色差異，有無異味等的別方法只能說可以辨別那些地溝油處理水平很差生產出來的油(搞不好都是哪些3~5的小作坊支口大鍋，弄些過濾網，脫色劑，添加劑等燒啊燒...)
