市政宣導品 畫作有「藝」思

〔自由時報記者洪瑞琴／台南報導〕市政宣導品也能有「藝」思！市府出版「台南一○二市政工作剪影」專輯，圖文並茂之外，徵得知名畫家陳輝東同意授權，加進其畫作，內容賞心悅目，成了另類畫冊，不少人慕名主動索取。

新聞及國際關係處彙整市府團隊一○二年施政成果，出版市政工作剪影專輯，跳脫一般公家宣導品呆板的印象，除雜誌美編型態之外，還有六幅陳輝東畫作的插頁，兼具藝術美感，最近有不少畫迷主動索取，讓政令宣導品多了收藏價值。

新聞處長趙卿惠表示，陳輝東老師甫獲第二屆「台南文化獎」，該處取得授權，採用「豐收烏魚季」、「豐收」、「揚帆」等新作，增添書頁視覺效果，象徵台南城市多元面貌與庶民活力，相得益彰。
