勞動部施政計畫　派遣立法列重點

勞委會今年將升格成勞動部，今公布今年一整年的施政計畫，包括《職災保險法》、《勞動教育法》、《派遣勞工保護法》是重要立法計畫。

在《派遣勞工保護法》部分，要明確規範派遣及要派公司需負擔的僱主義務，要派單位對性別歧視、性騷擾防治、就業歧視、工作時間、休假等相關保護規範事項，應負視同相關法律的雇主責任，另外也將規範派遣使用的職業類別及比例。

勞委會表示，職災保險單獨立法，希望在因應非典型勞動型態中，讓受僱勞工全部納入職災保險保障範圍。職災保險失能、遺屬年金按平均月投保薪資約50%計算金額，增進年資較短勞工的職災權益；另外《勞動教育法》則將高中以下學校課綱，高中以下學校每學期應實施勞動教育至少4小時，政府機關學校每年應辦理4小時以上勞動教育，雇主每年應接受4小時勞動教育等。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
