漲很兇　高雄豪宅3年內挑戰單坪百萬

高雄農16特區最新落成的豪宅「雄崗花園美術館」，今日邀請知名雕塑家楊柏林與陶藝創作家林文嶽蒞臨，為鋼雕藝術「天上來」與陶壁浮雕「荷風南來~聽見花開的聲音」揭幕。雄岡建設董事長林清吉說，該案為雄崗建設首場豪宅案，每坪開價43~60萬元。

雄岡建設看好農16特區內區段發展，加上鄰近的義大亞洲廣場340億元開發案即將動工，預計2017年底將推出最高每坪100萬元的豪宅「雄崗信義美術館」。據了解「雄崗信義美術館」位於鼓山區裕誠路、富農口，基地正對綠地公園。全棟SRC結構(鋼骨鋼筋混凝土)，坪數120~250坪，預計每坪開價60~100萬元。(葉家銘／高雄報導)
