網路買東西遇到少寄貨的賣家

我在某拍賣網站買了幾樣物品
結果賣家打訂單條時候少打一個數量
當然我收到就是少了一個物品
我有聯絡對方
對方說要補寄
等了12天了還是沒消息
可能是過年吧
今天又給他訊息
對方也已讀了
但是又不回應
錢都付清了
請問現在該怎麼辦
雖然只是個150元的物品
