韓國女子團體「KARA」雖然才剛經歷成員鄭妮可出走、姜知英不續約4月退團後，另3名成員還是繼續努力為自己的演藝路打拼，成員韓昇延日前接拍戲劇《女人漫畫鞋》（暫譯），和男星洪鐘賢合作，該劇由網路漫畫改編，講述浪漫的辦公室戀情。

日前2人在街上拍攝宣傳照，需要有肢體的親密接觸，韓昇延顯得害羞放不開，而對於模特兒出身的洪鐘賢來說，擺Pose可是家常便飯，他經驗老道地領著韓昇延慢慢進入狀況，洪鐘賢親密地摸韓昇延的頭，2人還牽起小手，充滿浪漫氛圍，該劇下月24日在韓播出。（羅雨函／綜合報導）
