營業員代操坑客 判賠2億

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北3日電）號稱超級營業員的陳姓女子被控私自受託代操期貨交易，虧損後做假帳騙人投資。台北地院判決應賠償一名被害人新台幣2億元。

台北地方法院判決指出，陳女從民國88年到94年任職於金鼎期貨公司（後改名晶鼎公司），被控私自接受親友委託操作期貨交易，但因歷經九二一地震等利空因素而虧損連連，她竟先做假帳佯裝獲利豐厚，再向其他投資人騙錢填補損失，總計40名被害人受害，詐騙所得約11億元。

台北地院判決她應賠償其中一名陳姓被害人2億1000多萬元；全案可上訴。

刑事部分，陳女被台灣高等法院依違反期貨交易法、詐欺等罪判刑5年6月，法院審理中。1030403
