陽程庫藏庫無功 盤中跌破80元大關

陽程科技（3498）董事會決議，為維護公司信用及股東權益，12日至7月9日執行庫藏股，今天盤中跌破80元整數關卡，最低78.6元。

陽程近一年多營運攀升，帶動股價2月來到160元，但最近半年營運走弱，9日收盤價87.8元，公司預訂買回1,000張，每股介於72元至105元，但當股價低於買回價格下限，仍得繼續買回。

陽程4月營收1.51億元，比3月及2013年4月各減少1.81%、51.76%；前四月營收6.38億元，較2013年同期衰退44.63%，其中首季營收4.87億元，低於上季及2013年同期各37.8%、41.99%，創六季新低。
