農委會水保局發布57條土石流黃色警戒。黃色警戒，分布於南投縣仁愛鄉互助村、新生村、南豐村、萬豐村、法治村、親愛村、精英村、春陽村、發祥村，信義鄉神木村，高雄市桃源區復興里、桃源里、建山里、拉芙蘭里、勤和里、梅山里、高中里，嘉義縣阿里山鄉十字村等，3縣4鄉18村。

水保局呼籲，位於這些位置的居民，地方政府應進行疏散避難勸告。
