胡景彬2度彈劾 監委認考銓有缺失

監委趙昌平今天下午表示，高等法院台中分院法官胡景彬，民國89年因違反公務員服務法，出入情色酒家、投資地下投資公司、接受商人招待等情事，遭監院彈劾。休職3年後，胡景彬竟能復職為法官，繼續傷害司法，做出比第1次遭彈劾更嚴重的事情，甚至被稱為史上最貪汙法官，發生這樣的案例，是考銓制度的問題，司法、考試機關有深入檢討的必要。

趙昌平表示，依公懲法規定，法官休職期滿，雖可申請復職，但如果復職再任法官，恐怕會造成人民對司法的疑慮，對司法公正性產生不信任，這就是制度應檢討的地方。特別是法官承審案件，牽涉人民的權利義務，司法機關或考試院銓敘部，對於法官遭彈劾後的復職，不僅應更慎重，也有必要再檢視及修正制度。
