2010年六月苗栗大埔怪手毀田引發社會譁然，當時的行政院長吳敦義以正式公文承諾「原屋原地保留、農田集中劃設歸還」，但1,045個日子過去了，苗栗縣政府不但未履行承諾，反發出公文勒令張藥房等四戶限期自行拆屋，否則將動用公權力強拆。...(完整報導)
