勞金局：若代操涉不法　將全額索賠

調查局昨查出有股市炒手聯合上櫃公司和投信基金經理人操縱股價，讓勞保、勞退基金發生損失，勞金局今表示，勞保、勞退基金在2011至2012年間僅寶來投信代操基金曾投資其中之佳總一檔個股約損失780萬元，其餘第一金、新光頭信都不是勞保、勞退基金委外代操單位，若經查證確實是因經理人不法而造成勞動基金損失，將立即進行索償。

勞動基金運用局副局長劉麗茹表示，據他們瞭解，這次檢調查出涉弊的是共同基金的投信經理人，並非勞保、勞退基金的經理人；而共同基金經理人不能同時擔任勞保、勞退基金經理人，此案應與勞保、勞退基金無關。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
