立法院監委同意權投票 11人被刷掉

立法院下午結束監院正、副院長同意權的投票並行使監察委員同意權投票，開票結果包括自行退出審查名的許國文及被提名人余騰芳、薛春明、程仁宏、李炳南、王惠珀、康照洲、施鴻志、沈美真、許文彬、范良銹等共11人票數未過半，而其他16位新監委將在8月1日上任。
