3年耗8.3億元　台南治水經費最高卻不彰

日前雨襲南台灣，高雄、台南等多處淹水，規畫逾百億元治水，其中以台南市所費金額最高。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，審計部「易淹水地區水患治理計畫第三期審核」報告指出，規畫做治水工程有台南等9縣市，過去3年花費近15億元經費徵地，取得205公頃用地，最後卻閒置、還排擠其他工程經費。

依取得土地所費金額高低，原規畫要做治水工程的9個縣市，依序是台南、彰化、屏東、高雄、苗栗、嘉義縣、花蓮、雲林和宜蘭，共30件工程，其中以台南市所費金額最高，共耗費8億3000多萬元，其次是彰化1億8000萬元及屏東1億5000多萬元。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
