【公庫】讓我畢業再退場！ 永達停辦 師生受害

上週五（8/8）教育部通過永達技術學院「停辦」計畫，但永達退場前的改善計畫與決議過程充滿行政瑕疵，核准退場後生效日期也未明。為此，永達兩位教師代表與台灣高等教育產業工會今（8/13）舉辦記者會痛批，全校還有600位學生、120位教職員，不等學生畢業即決定停辦退場、逼退教職員退休或資遣，嚴重影響學生受教權與教職員工作權。永達教師與高教工會呼籲教育部，應立即撤銷「停辦」核准，保障師生權益。

今年2月，繼高鳳數位內容學院為第一所退場的大專院校後，短短半年內，永達技術學院也「關廠」。其實在教育部核定永達技術學院退場前，早在去年（2013）九月即介入校內輔導，成立專案輔導小組。到底過去一年輔導發生什麼事？有永達教職員說，過去一年輔導紀錄中，教育部多次提到要被改善的是董事會。但最後教育部快速核准停辦，校方還可以保有校產，教學十幾年的老師、需要念書的學生卻被趕走。...(完整報導)
