柯震東被抓無24小時內通報？　兩岸各說各話

藝人柯震東吸毒遭中國公安逮捕，陸委會主委王郁琦昨晚召開記者會時表示，根據《兩岸司法互助協議》規定，陸方確實有義務將所有人身受拘束的案件向我方通報，本案陸方確實沒有在協議約定的24小時內通報，未來陸委會會向陸方反應，要求陸方遵守協議。

但根據《中國時報》報導，國台辦發言人馬曉光表示，早在15日公安機關對柯震東做出行政拘留14天處分後，就隨即在16日下午、24小時內通知柯震東父親柯震浤，而且柯震東的律師也與公安機關直接聯繫。

不過柯震東經紀人柴智屏回應，柯震東父親是在18日才接到簡訊通知，內容為「您好，因多日多次撥打您電話都無法聯絡到。現特發此短信通知：柯家凱（柯震東本名）因吸食毒品，於2014年8月15日被北京市公安局東城分局行政拘留，現在東城拘留所執行。」(葉國吏／綜合報導)
