大陸有媒體日前爆料稱，紅十字會將救災倉庫出租，每年賺取90萬元(以人民幣計價，以下同)的『外快』。對此，紅十字會總會常務副會長趙白鴿19日回應稱，紅會也要掙錢養活自己的員工。

澎湃新聞網據中新網報導，紅會透過兩份『陰陽合同』，利用『以捐代租』的擦邊球，以每年90萬的價格，將名下倉庫出租給一個名為北京中迅譽華商業管理有限公司的公司，後者再以市場價轉租給一些物流公司，從中牟取每年達數百萬的利潤。

趙白鴿19日接受採訪時對此作出回應，承認紅會違規出租倉庫，但那是在倉庫裡沒有國家備災物資的情況下。她同時表示，財政只解決紅十字會三分之二的經費，紅會自己又不能從事經濟活動，『要養活這麼多人』，紅會才會使用『陰陽合同』出租空閒的倉庫。
