照片是猴子自己拍的！　美裁定沒版權問題

英國攝影師史拉塔(David Slater)在2011年到印尼的森林中與猴子打交道，除了拍攝猴子的生活動態，還讓猴子玩自拍。不過史拉塔最近控告《維基百科》侵權，稱未經他的同意，就將猴子自拍照放進《維基百科》。最近美國版權當局裁定，任何「人」均不擁有該批照片的版權。

據美國《洛杉磯時報》報導，美國版權當局表示，《維基》與史拉塔均不擁有該批自拍照的版權，因為照片出自動物之手，並不屬於任何人。當局還指出，所有非由人類創作的物品，均不受版權法保護。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
