各位大哥大姐好~ 小弟最近出車禍很不幸車禍鑑定結果肇事責任我方負擔100% 對方無肇事責任我方有保財損險30萬既然鑑定結果都這麼寫，我也沒打算開調解會盧洨洨，想直接全賠了對方修車是由我的保險公司出面處理的保險公司打電話說修車金剛剛好就是財損險最高額度30萬要我直接蓋章簽字賠這筆錢出去~~ 但是... 我當下有看對方車況，只覺得修車金額不該這麼高... 問題是我沒去修車廠也不知道報價單跟估價過程只是怕對方車修一修不到30萬私底下又跟修車場分錢~~ 問題在於錢也不是我出，是保險公司出的我該不該針對這30萬修車費去討價還價(當然對我沒任何好處，感覺問題) 還是就讓保險公司賠這30萬，對方有賺就讓他爽到這樣到底怎麼辦才好~???? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 106.104.35.65 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1410551444.A.486.html
