油煎鮭魚時,要怎麼處理才不會有魚腥味呢?

食材:
深海鮭魚...... 200公克
青蒜...... 65公克
薑...... 5公克
辣椒...... 2公克
鹽....... 5公克
米酒...... 15㏄
黑胡椒 ......3公克

做法:
1.把深海鮭魚洗淨後切成塊狀,將所有調味料均勻塗抹在深海鮭魚塊上,略醃約15分鐘。
2.把青蒜、薑、辣椒均切成絲狀備用。
3.取一不沾平底鍋(不放油)燒熱,放入作法1的深海鮭魚塊以中火將兩面煎熟,起鍋裝盤後放上作法2的材料即可。
