顏銘緯砸書 接到傳喚通知書

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄1日電）向總統馬英九砸書的中山大學學生顏銘緯今天接到傳喚通知書，寄發傳喚通知書的台北市中山警分局要求7日到案說明。

顏銘緯涉嫌於9月26日在台北市大直典華飯店，朝馬總統丟擲書冊，轄區台北市中山警分局寄發傳喚通知書。

顏銘緯是基進側翼競選總部的主任，總部表示，顏銘緯接獲傳喚通知書後曾表示坦然面對，總部人員也安慰他不要擔心，已與律師團研究作為。

這份傳喚通知書寄到台南的顏銘緯戶籍地，今天由他的家人帶來高雄給他。

台北市中山警分局寄發的傳喚通知書，載明案由為違反社會秩序法，於9月27日發文，應於10月7日下午2時到案說明。

另外，中山大學表示，沒有要祭出校規處分。1031001
