退役飛官涉洩密案 檢提訊陸男

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北7日電）中國大陸籍男子鎮小江涉嫌吸收台灣退役飛官周自立，竊取機密交付給大陸人士，遭法院裁定收押。台北地檢署今天提訊鎮男。

檢調查出，鎮男在他人牽線下結識周姓退役飛官，並加以吸收，周男於是涉嫌洩漏服役期間掌握的機密給大陸相關人士，輾轉交付大陸情治單位；周男還協助引薦現役及退役飛官給陸方人士。

全案原本由台灣高等法院檢察署偵辦，以涉外患罪聲押、周兩人，高院審理後認為他們涉及國防以外機密，不屬高檢署管轄範圍，裁定駁回；本案改由台北地檢署偵辦。

案件移交北檢偵辦後，依兩人違反國安法，有逃亡、串證之虞，向台北地院聲押獲准。據指出，周男偵訊時坦言有介紹現役或退役飛官給陸方人士，並交付相關資料，鎮男也坦承有介紹周男等人給陸方人士。

為釐清案情細節，北檢今天提訊鎮男，訊問後還押台北看守所。1031007
