中國通脹壓力減輕 人行下調正回購利率

日盛大中華基金經理人高仰遠表示，中國通脹壓力減輕，9月CPI同比增速1.6%，人民銀行再度下調正回購利率，顯示人行希望金融機構多釋放流動性到市場，藉以刺激經濟成長。

高仰遠分析，10月影響中國股市整體行情的因素，包括滬港通、四中全會、三季度資料等，都是要密切注意，投資的亮點集中在政策相關和事件概念股等領域。

此外，由於美國經濟逐漸轉好，製造業的新訂單表現持續正面，美元兌新興國家貨幣升值，將有助於東協國家出口成長，逢低可適度布局。
