事發是有天我打開電腦後，網路無法連線，
於是我決定重開電腦，沒想到重開電腦後悲劇發生了。
原本的使用者帳戶不見，頁面變成最初設定 (英文)，
帳戶只能選擇administrator。
進去後手忙腳亂地終於下載了中文頁面，讓大致上不會太難以理解。
然而試了多種方法仍然找不回原來的使用者帳戶，
去更變使用者帳戶看，只剩下administrator和guest，
根本沒有原先的帳戶@@
現在最大的問題除了帳戶消失外，d槽也消失了只剩下快爆的c槽。
電腦的功用只能上網和做簡單的活動，根本不能做其他事，
對我來說相當困擾，懇請電腦厲害的朋友提幾個解決方法，感謝您@@
